NOS Communications, Inc.

Case Information

Our client, Baxter Air, Inc., sued NOS Communications Inc. and its affiliates in 2005 for violating the Washington Consumer Protection Act in the marketing and sale of long distance phone service to small business customers in Washington. The parties have reached a settlement for the class, which was given final approval by the court on June 25, 2008. If there is no appeal, settlement benefits will begin to be sent to class members in September.
