Case Information
Our clients in two cases in California and Washington challenge T-Mobile’s practices of charging extra fees to pay for its federal regulatory obligations, and of applying roaming charges in months that the calls were not made. The district courts in each case dismissed the claims. We have appealed both rulings and expect a decision in 2010.
